Darwin (Mandala Abadi Shoji, Enam, D-Trax), Asti (Imelda Therine, Medley, Quickie Express), Herman (Reza Pahlevi, Jelangkung 3) and Petra (Laura Antoinetta) is on a mission to the village of Ujung Sedo, to find their missing friends Stella (Laudya Cynthya Bella, Lentera Merah, Berbagi Suami) and her fiancee. Along the way, they met Samantha (Julie Estelle, Kuntilanak, Kuntilanak 2) who’s in a mysterious and personal mission to the same mystical village.These group of five went across the jungle, a deafening fog, and a haunting cave where strange events followed them. Every twist is connected to Samantha who has a wicked gift to summon a she-devil called Kuntilanak. Samantha’s own mother, Mega (Ida Iasha, Kuntilanak, Misteri dari Gunung Merapi), had previously sent her to find an old witch in Ujung Sedo who could release Samantha from the gift. However, the witch had another evil plan that threatened everybody’s life.
Assisted by a young girl Yenny (Cyndi Valerie, Kuntilanak 2), Samantha and her newfound friends fought to beat the witch and her evil though the dark powers they had to face were far stronger than their human capabilities.
